This is by far the easiest thing i have ever ever made. It was really yummy and with a good protein in it a good fat and some yummy carbs it’s pretty much the perfect way to start the day! (or even a yummy snack too!)

These yummy pancakes only had 3 ingredients.. that’s right 3!

Banana, Peanutbutter (or nut butter of your choice) and an egg

Directions:

Mash the banana

add and mix the egg well

add in a spoonful of your nut butter

i found it easier to flip them when i made a few small pancakes instead of one big one. Cook a few minutes on each side. and enjoy!

is an interesting experience. Especially when friends are in Hawaii where the culture is different from East Coast of U.S. Things I learned in Hawaii, is almost totally different according to their own beliefs and everything. Big Island is full of kids and families, beautiful place to start family, honestly. When the time comes for me, I’d move back in a heart beat. I am going miss this place so much when I move…actually having second thought about the move, but I really want to move because I want to travel and being on my own with my boyfriend for a couple of years. It won’t hurt us to explore after 3 years being on ONE island…it gets boring after a while and lonely considering all of my friends here have at least 2 children.

My little sister is pregnant :):):) I am ABSOLUTELY excited to being there for her for rest of pregnancy months and meeting my future niece/nephew. FUCKING ECSTATIC! By the time I am with her she would be 19ish weeks, :( too bad I couldn’t be there for her earlier but she knows.

I have been thinking of many things I can do with my niece/nephew considering the fact I’ll be living with them ^__^ I probably will steal, nah nah. Erika wouldn’t let me spoil the baby too much…She’s going to be a great mommy. <3

Funny, she even admit it that it is weird to her that she’s having a child before me because I am older than her. But having PCOS making it harder to happen, but my own personal feelings; I am not 100% ready because of many reasons. Also, I want to be healthy before I bring a child into this world. I am truly happy for her and her man. There is nothing better but being an aunty. I have seen ultrasound, and shit, I didn’t realized we could fall in love already by just seeing an ultrasound. The baby is tiny and holy shit. I’m telling you this baby is a miracle.

so many things are happening in past months.Don’t feel like typing it all out so I’m gonna bullet them…haha i know lazy. :p

Graduation
parties for friends
2 good friends of Robert’s and mine left the island so we spent last few days with them.
sick
found out I am going to be an aunty!! My little sister is pregnant! well she’s not so little anymore :( She’s going to be 20 years old in August…where did the time go?
decided to move off the island due to job opportunities and I want to be with my sister during her pregnancy and being there for my future nephew/niece :)
cleaning and packing
collect our important stuff
cleaning the car to death (hawaii have strict rules with shipping the car-MUST be clean interior and outside and under the car too -_-)
insurance and everything else for the move
Gonna ship the car in July.
more packing.

crazy months ahead of me but I am very excited. Gonna be driving across the country :D from Seattle to Maine. WOOT!
